Meet the passionate individuals behind Technology Books for Children. Our charity began with reflections from our founder and CEO, who noticed that children often didn’t see tech as fun, relevant to their daily lives, or something that could be embraced for pleasure, even as a bedtime story. This led to the idea of promoting Reading for Pleasure on tech topics. Additionally, our team has observed that women and individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds are underrepresented in the tech industry.

In today’s fast-paced digital age, technology permeates every aspect of our lives. From smartphones to smart homes, from virtual reality to artificial intelligence, understanding and engaging with technology is essential for success in our modern world.  Join us and play a part in helping children and young people to be better informed and involved digital citizens.

Our diverse team brings together a wealth of talent, expertise, and dedication. As leaders in our respective fields, we are united by a shared commitment to excellence and innovation. Get to know the faces driving our charity forward, each contributing unique skills and perspectives.

Technology Books for Children currently operates across England and Wales. We believe that by raising awareness of tech-themed texts, we can help address the digital divide and inspire a new generation to embrace technology with enthusiasm and understanding.
